Lived Experience Talks

Oly and Daniel deliver impactful lived experience talks in schools, colleges, and workplaces worldwide. From confronting severe mental illness, grief, and poor choices, they bravely share their journeys of resilience and transformation fuelled by a sense of purpose. Determined to equip the next generation with insights and tools to navigate challenges, their talks have reached over 30,000 young minds in 2023, sparking crucial conversations that often remain unspoken.

Skills for Life Programme

Talks for Change has developed a national school program based on feedback from their 100 Talks for Change initiative, addressing critical needs they identified in students. The key elements include Stigma, Socials, Stress, and Self-Belief. Having formed profound connections with students, we are now on a mission to provide long-term support and equip them with the skills we desperately needed when we were in school.

Teacher Training

We provide a range of workshops tailored for teachers, covering essential topics such as safeguarding, supporting children through trauma, assisting neurodiverse students, the importance of mental health literacy, and championing mental health awareness.

MHFA England training by Talks for Change Co

Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA®) courses are for everyone who works with, lives with, or supports young people aged 8-18. They will teach you the skills and confidence to spot the signs of poor mental health in a young person, offer first aid, and guide them towards the support they need.
